If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a full money back guarantee. Simply return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it for you, or refund your purchase price (excl shipping costs). Please refer to our refund, return and exchanges policy for full details.

When placing an order from this website you should use the order page provided. For your own security do not send credit card details via email to us. The Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) payment system has an encrypting facility for your security. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

shipping & delivery

We offer free delivery to any address within New Zealand for orders over NZ$199. For orders under NZ$199 a shipping fee of $15 applies. Delivery is made via courier so we recommend a daytime address where the parcel can be signed for. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. Couriers usually deliver within 2 to 3 working days.

If you wish to order from outside of NZ, please contact us so that we can provide a GST free price and shipping quote.

If you are looking for a personal and unique designer gift for someone you know, feel free to contact us for help in selecting just the right product. Alternatively, if you prefer you can simply order an online gift certificate which can be redeemed directly via our online store.

If your RED purchase is a gift for some-one special, then let us know when you submit your order and we can gift wrap it free of charge for you (excludes sale items). You can also send a message with your gift, just include details where noted on the order page.
